I had an absolutely outstanding experience purchasing the new Outback at Atlantic Subaru. The entire team was incredibly accommodating and helpful throughout the process. Their front desk was consistently responsive, and I could easily get in touch with my sales representative whenever needed. Robber skillfully guided me through the deal, and Paul delivered the car at a time that was convenient for me. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the exceptional service I received. They delivered on every promise, and the price was truly competitive.
Andrew was absolutely wonderful. Super helpful, super organized, did everything in a timely manner. He is an exceptional salesperson and makes himself available by his personal cell phone for any and all questions both before but especially after the car buying process. Needed 75K service for my Outback. Scheduling a maintenance appointment was easy. Because I was having a significant maintenance event the service department offered me a free loaner car for the day. Karoline, my service rep, kept me abreast of maintenance progress along with a recommended replacement of my cabin air filter sending along a picture of the current filter. I thought the overall service costs were reasonable. Overall the Atlantic Service Team gets five stars.
They are always friendly and kind. I dropped off my car for a oil change and a recall. After the inspection they do they found my car need a few repairs and provided the photos to show that they needed to be done. I had questions about the repairs and they were answered and explained! They gave me the options of having some or all the repairs done. I initially was only doing 1 of the repairs… but after talking to my husband I called back to have all done… and they accommodated me! Eva in the service department was very kind and considerate and accommodating! Love this dealership!
After searching for a new vehicle for a week, I was pleased to find what I was looking for in my backyard, at Atlantic Subaru. Gretchen was warm and friendly, she listened to my needs and helped without pressure…. I seriously dread the car buying process…..HOWEVER, Gretchen made it pleasant and efficient!
